Cargo Receiving and Forwarding
** $50 minimum job order
Our warehouse is conveniently located in Whittier, CA - just 20 miles from the Los Angeles/Long Beach port. We receive all types of cargo ranging from UPS/Fedex type small parcel packages up to full container loads. Whether your suppliers are located within the USA or oversees in China, we can help process your precious cargo.
We've made our service plans simple to understand. We will need to know 2 things.
Receiving Terms: How will we be receiving your goods?
- Small Parcel Receiving - Your items will arrive to us in loose cartons un-palletized via normal carrier UPS/Fedex/DHL, etc
- LCL/FCL Receiving - Your items will arrive to us by a trailer or container from your supplier or sea port.
Prep Condition: Will you require prep work?
- No Prep Required - Your items will arrive to us fully prepped and we will forward your goods to Amazon.
- Prep Required - You require us to prep (inspection, labeling, bagging, etc) your goods before forwarding to Amazon.
Once you identify the conditions, choose from one the Plans listed below.
Once your goods are received, we will provide a full documentation on what was received including: Carton Count, SKU and Quantity, Reporting of Damaged Cartons.
(SMALL PARCEL) RECEIVING AND FORWARDING – NO PREP
We will receive your cartons and forward them to Amazon based on your instructions. This service does not include any prep work. Cartons received will not be opened. We will apply the FBA shipping label on to your carton and forward them as is.

(LCL/FCL) CARTON RECEIVING AND FORWARDING – NO PREP
We will receive your cartons and forward them to Amazon based on your instructions. This service does not include any prep work. Cartons received will not be opened. You can choose to forward your goods via SPD or LTL. The outbound pallet fee includes building, shrink-wrapping and applying carton labels to each of the cartons. A charge of $5.00 will be applied for each pallet (if not provided)
